Naomi Nour is an AI Engineer with over five years in technology and three years specialising in artificial intelligence. With a background in computer engineering and software development, she has extensive experience across classical machine learning, advanced deep learning and generative AI.

As an AI Research Assistant at Teesside University, she helped develop a risk management platform integrating LLMs for SME mitigation strategies and co-authored an IEEE paper on explainable AI for operational risk evaluation in SMEs.

At TotalLab, she led the design and deployment of scalable AI systems. Her projects span retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs and the development of multi-agent AI systems.

Naomi has also been recognised as a Top 50 AI/ML Mentor on ADPList, where she mentors professionals and guides aspiring practitioners in developing impactful AI solutions.
