By using DataIntell ("the platform", "the service") operated by DataIntell Resources Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of DataIntell, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account or use another person's account.
3. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of all research content you submit to DataIntell. Submitting to DataIntell does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.
Licence to us: By publishing content on DataIntell, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your research on the platform and in platform marketing materials.
Our content: The DataIntell platform, framework, branding, and code are owned by DataIntell Resources Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform content without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit plagiarised, fabricated, or deceptive research
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Use automated tools to scrape or spam the platform
- Submit content that violates any law or third-party rights
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or institutional affiliation
5. Research Submissions
You confirm that any research you submit is your own original work or that you have the right to publish it. You are responsible for ensuring your submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, or ethical guidelines.
6. Validation & Certificates
DataIntell certificates and validation status represent our platform's assessment based on the DataIntell Community Framework. They are not equivalent to peer-reviewed journal publication and should not be represented as such. Validation decisions are made in good faith but are not infallible.
7. Limitation of Liability
DataIntell is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email and post a notice on the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
